Visibility, awards, ecosystem access. The part of LOI that puts founders on stage, on a list, in front of an investor, or in a room they couldn't have walked into alone.

Wellbeing, peer support, long-term resilience. The "healthy founder, healthy venture" ethos at the community level - peer groups, mental health resources, in-person gatherings, alumni networks, and Apex (invite-only).

The founder, not just the company. 72% of Canadian founders reported moderate-to-severe anxiety in 2024. Most accelerators don't talk about this. LOI does. Mental health, peer support, and long-term resilience are part of the curriculum.

Be 30 or younger.

The community is built for founders aged 15 to 30. Founder-curious teens through founders entering their fourth or fifth year of building. The age cap is firm; the experience inside it is wide open.

*We consider age exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Geography

A Canadian connection.

Canadian citizen, permanent resident, residing in Canada for at least one year, or operating a business with significant Canadian ties. We meet you wherever you are - virtual delivery means no postal-code filter.

Actively building something.

Any stage, any sector. For-profit, non-profit, hybrid, social enterprise, trades, services, tech, consumer, creative. The only requirement is that you're working on a real venture, not just thinking about one.
